This year we introduce a day package for our international customers. For this reason only this page is translated to English, all other pages on this website are in our native language (Dutch).

We offer a day package which guarantees you a complete Oktoberfest experience. The package prevents you from aimlessly wandering around without a seat in a beer tent. It guarantees a fantastic experience you won’t soon forget.

Click your preferred day and select your favorite timeslot in one of the offered beer tents.
Thereafter you can book and pay, and you find your e-ticket in your mailbox.

DAY PACAKAGE

PART 1/3 | WIESN RECEPTION HALL

Including 1 liter of beer

WIESN RECEPTION HALL IN OKOTBERFEST ATMOSPHERE
● Come to our beautiful Wiesn reception hall one hour before the start of your beer tent session to check in with our charming Dutch and German hostesses and collect your vouchers.
● Including 1 liter of beer
● Relaxation & gathering area, refreshment facilities, and off course you will hear the best Oktoberfest music from the speakers.
● Bar with food, drinks, and the live tapping of a genuine wooden barrel of Munich Oktoberfest beer
● Location: just 100 meters away from the sacred grounds of the Oktoberfest area (Die Wiesn). You will receive the exact address upon booking.

PART 2/3 | BEER TENT

Including your first food & beverages

EXCLUSIVE SPOTS IN THE BEER TENTS!
● Time: see the booking form, just select your most wanted time slot
● Including your first food & beverages which differs per beer tent / timeslot, see the booking form.
● Including pre-reserved seats at the beertables
● Personal care and guidance by our charming German & Dutch hostesses.
20 MINUTES before the start of your beer tent session, our hostesses will guide you from the Wiesn reception hall to your beer table in the beer tent so that you don’t get lost. It can be very crowded.
● Live Oktoberfestbands
● Visitors: up to 7000 per beer tent
● Venue: the holy Oktoberfest grounds (Die Wiesn)

PART 3/3 | AFTER PARTY

EXCITING NIGHT WITH A HIGH FLIRT FACTOR!
● Time: 22.00 uur till 04:00
● Including entrance fee
● Beverages: you order yourself at the bar
● No seats, free roamng through the halls
● Live Oktoberfest bands + DJ
● Visitors: up to 2000
● Venue: just a 1-minute walk from Die Wiesn

FAQ

Oktoberfestreizen.nl is a Dutch travel organisation working close together with our partners in Munich, so we are not a ticket provider! We offer an Oktoberfest experience for our customers.

This year (2023) we introduce a day package for our international customers. For this reason only this page is translated to English, all other pages on this website are in our native language (Dutch).

The price is including the published entrees and food & beverages.
In addition there is a small fee for our organisation covering the following costs:
• Renting Wiesn reception hall
• Customers service and hostesses for check-in and local guidance to the beer tents
• Overall organisation and handling on-site and throughout the year
• (Finacial) Administration + taxes

Invoices from Oktoberfestreizen.nl are prepared in accordance with the Dutch legal Margin Scheme for Travel Agencies. The Special Scheme for Travel Agencies applies. This means that VAT is exempted (0%) on the purchase amount.

Please note that only cash is accepted in the beer tents, so make sure to bring enough cash with you.
Additionally, in each beer tent, you are expected to pay approximately €2,5 in cash per item (food & beverage) to the service staff: €1,25 as a service charge (“Bedienungsgeld”) and €1,25 as a tip. This is mandatory!
• At the openings day, saturday 16 september, beer is only served after 12:00
We meet you at our Wiesn reception hall at just 100m from the holy Oktoberfest ground (Die Wiesn). In the Wiesn reception hall you check-in and pick up your vouchers en wrist bands. The address and the rest of the information you will find in your e-ticket.
